How long are gift cards valid for?
Gift cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase and can be redeemed both online and in-store. They make the perfect gift when you're not quite sure what to choose!
Can I bring my own hat for the Hat Bar?
Absolutely! We’d love for you to personalize a hat you already own. Just make sure your hat is clean and ready for us to work our magic.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love what you purchase from Threads! Returns are accepted within 14 days of the original purchase date.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Approved returns will receive store credit for the full purchase amount.
Please note that refunds to the original form of payment are not offered. In-store credit only.
What is your exchange policy?
Exchanges are welcome within 14 days of purchase, based on product availability.
- If the size or item you'd like is available, we'll gladly exchange it.
- If it's no longer in stock, we'll issue store credit so you can find something else you love.
How do I redeem my account credit?
Store credit can be used both in-store and online.
When shopping online, simply sign in to your account using the same email address associated with your purchase, and your available credit will automatically be available at checkout.
Do you do pop-up events?
Yes! We love connecting with our community and are excited to bring Threads beyond our storefront. Stay tuned—pop-up events are coming soon!
Do you offer in-store pickup?
Yes! When placing an online order, simply select In-Store Pickup at checkout.
Orders are typically ready for pickup during business hours, Wednesday through Sunday. We'll let you know as soon as your order is ready!
