How It Works
1. Submit an Inquiry
Tell us about your event! Share your date, location, guest count, and any customization or branding ideas you have in mind.
2. Receive a Custom Proposal
We’ll create a personalized proposal with service options, branding opportunities, travel details (if applicable), and pricing tailored to your event.
3. Reserve Your Date
Once your proposal is approved, sign your event agreement and submit your deposit to officially secure your date.
4. We Handle the Rest
From setup to the final hat creation, our team takes care of the details so your guests can enjoy a fun, hands-on experience they won’t forget.
Mobile Hat Bar Pop-Ups
The Threads Mobile Hat Bar creates an interactive shopping experience your customers will love. Perfect for boutiques, breweries, wineries, salons, coffee shops, fitness studios, markets, and other local businesses looking to host something unique.
Unlike private events, qualifying pop-up events have no booking fee. Your customers simply shop, customize, and create their own one-of-a-kind hat during the event.
How It Works

2. We’ll Review Your Request
We’ll review your event details and confirm if your business is a good fit for a Threads Mobile Hat Bar pop-up.
3. Plan Your Event
Once approved, we’ll coordinate the details — including setup, timing, and promotional support to help make your event a success.
4. We Bring the Hat Bar Experience
Our team arrives ready to create a memorable experience for your customers. Guests can browse our hat selection, choose their favorite hat, add patches and embellishments, and create a custom piece that’s uniquely theirs.
