As a Sales Associate, you'll help customers discover products they love, build meaningful relationships, and contribute to a team that values authenticity, creativity, and community involvement.
Welcome and engage customers in a friendly and genuine manner.
Provide personalized styling recommendations and product suggestions.
Assist customers in selecting merchandise and completing purchases.
Sales and Product Knowledge
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
Assist with visual merchandising and seasonal floor sets.
Process sales, returns, exchanges, and customer transactions.
Sales Associates are the face of Threads Clothing Co. and are often the first and most frequent point of contact for our customers. Ability to bend, reach, climb ladders, and perform merchandising activities.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events as needed.
