The Sales Associate is responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience by building relationships, providing personalized styling assistance, sharing product knowledge, and supporting daily store operations. This role serves as a brand ambassador for Threads Clothing Co. and plays a critical role in helping customers feel confident, welcomed, and inspired.

Sales Associates are expected to contribute to sales growth, maintain store presentation standards, and support a positive team environment.

As a Sales Associate, you'll help customers discover products they love, build meaningful relationships, and contribute to a team that values authenticity, creativity, and community involvement.

Assist customers in selecting merchandise and completing purchases.

Replenish merchandise and maintain product displays.
Assist with visual merchandising and seasonal floor sets.
Ensure fitting rooms and customer areas remain neat and welcoming.
Support inventory organization and stockroom maintenance.
Operate the point-of-sale system accurately.
Process sales, returns, exchanges, and customer transactions.
Follow cash handling procedures and company policies.
Assist with receiving, tagging, and stocking merchandise.
Participate in inventory counts and audits.
Follow opening and closing procedures as assigned.
Work collaboratively with coworkers and management.
Participate in training and development opportunities.
